LOS ANGELES HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS MAKE A GIANT STATEMENT: A FIRST OF ITS KIND

By: Mathias Omotola

Beverly Hills, CA, April 23, 2008—Students at Beverly Hills High School have made plans for an after prom gathering with a “No drinks allowed” policy. Two senior classmen, Arman and Alex, arranged the event to remember their good friend Vahagn Setian who was killed in a car accident with an intoxicated driver in December 2006.

In collaboration with “Give me one nite.org,” Arman and Alex created Hollywood Afterdark and have prepared the alcohol-free after prom gathering on May 17, 2008. They are celebrating what would have been Vahagn’s graduation with the Beverly Hills High School class of 2008.
“It is an amazing thing for high school students in this day and age to make such a strong stand for all the right reasons” – Mathias Omotola CMO of BestSalonSearch.com

The event is endorsed by the Vahagn Setian Charitable Foundation and sponsored by Sacred Blue, Red Bull, and Best Salon Search.com. The sponsors wish to acknowledge this intense statement made by the seniors of Beverly Hills High School by showing their support for the cause. The effort of the Beverly Hills teenagers should not go unappreciated —every high school student warrants the chance to celebrate life.
